Christopher Chope (Conservative MP for Christchurch and a fellow St Andrews graduate).<!--more--><br \/>\nThe Overseas Voters Bill still has a long way to go before it clears parliament with Royal Assent and I remain someone cautious of its progress in time for the Referendum, particularly in light of the fact that nearly 8 months passed being its first and second reading.
